A document management system (DMS) digitises the administration of your documents: it cuts costs, simplifies tracking, reduces paper expenses and makes collaboration easier. Can documents be signed electronically in the DMS?
Yes, electronic signatures integrate with the DMS. By using a qualified electronic signature (QES), recognised under the Swiss Federal Act on Electronic Signatures (ZertES), organisations guarantee the authenticity, integrity and legal validity of their documents. Once signed, documents are archived directly in the DMS
