Receive your electronic invoice by email, scan the QR code and pay from your e-banking.

Sign up on the e-bill.ch platform to access your payment information and pay from your e-banking.
How to switch to electronic invoices or eBill?
- By contacting us at finance@devillard.ch or by phone to receive your invoices by email
- By requesting it directly from your e-banking (choose our company from the list of eBill-registered billers)
Meter readings
Manual online entry for non-connected machines
Our registered clients receive an email with a link valid until the end of the current month. Clicking the link takes them to their extranet, where their list of machines is displayed. All that’s left is to enter the readings!
You can sign up for this service either for your entire machine fleet or only for devices that cannot use an automatic procedure.

Secure automatic system for connected machines
Our meter-reading solution periodically sends information to Devillard’s secure site using the same security technology as credit card payments.
A very small piece of software called an “agent” is installed on a server in our client’s network. It does not disrupt operations in any way, as it uses very few resources. It only monitors devices under a Devillard maintenance contract with meters. It cannot change any configuration.
To make life easier, we also offer automatic monitoring of your consumables. Your levels are managed with complete peace of mind!
